Visit the Great Hall, Chapel, State Apartments and finally the kitchens. Later you can stroll through the formal gardens and maze.

Step back in time to the Industrial Revolution. Meet costumed characters in authentic shops and cottages, buy goods from a bygone era and watch trades people in action in their workshops. Savour the food at a traditional fish and chip shop and enjoy a singalong in the pub.

On our visit to Station X-Bletchley Park, the reputation of Cambridge University is enhanced by former student Alan Turing who masterminded 'The Bombe' a computer designed to crack Nazi ciphers, his efforts with those who worked under the cloak of secrecy in the code breaking huts shortened World War II. The Royal Cambridge Hotel retains the charm of bygone days, Trumpington Street, Cambridge. 3 * Dinner B&B.
Highclere Castle & Gardens
The home of the Earl and Countess of Caernavon is rich in treasure and features as the set of the much loved TV series Downton Abbey. Visit the State Rooms and bedrooms. Later stroll in the grounds designed by Capability Brown.
Highgrove - A Royal Garden
A guided tour of HRH Prince Charles private garden. Following the tour enjoy a cream tea and browse the garden shop. Visit Tetbury with its restaurants, antique shops and police museum. This date has now sold out however we are doing the same trip the week after on Wednesday 21st August.
The State Rooms at Buckingham Palace
The State Rooms, the setting for ceremonial occasions, are furnished with treasures from the Royal Collection, paintings by Vermeer & Canaletto, and some of the finest English and French Furniture. There is a special exhibition 'Queen Victoria's Palace'.
